The Productivity Power-Up is a 4 week, 8 session live course teaching you the essentials of effective work and breakthrough success on your goals. Round 4 opens in Summer 2022.

You can even approach a small set of weeks, i.e. a 6 week sprint, to complete a significant goal in a reasonable amount of time. For example, I created this course in a focused 6 week sprint. We will cover all the material + implementation calls in another 6 week sprint.

The Productive Week Principle

The span of a week is the building block of our system. It's long enough to make real progress on a goal, but short enough that a bad week doesn't wreck the entire year. That's great news.

At the beginning of each week, define your goal(s). Next, write down every action or contingency you can think of that leads to the achievement of your goal. Finally, look over your calendar and protect time to work on those action tasks. Now, let's get to work!

At a glance that may look too simplistic. But there's the beauty of the system - simplicity leads to speed and limits friction. You can do all of this with pen and paper (like I do with a bullet journal). Don't be fooled by simplicity, embrace it. Because here's the simple truth of a productive year...

Start Turning The Productivity Flywheel

In my experience, any productivity tactic, tip, or strategy can be filtered into one of these four buckets. Once you understand how the loop works it's easy to identify your strengths and areas of improvement. 

The Productivity Flywheel helps define your actions, protect time, organize your ideas, and choose the right tool(s) for success. It creates a virtuous cycle of productivity and success to use over and over.

See how each part of the flywheel helps build momentum for the others? When I define my goals and tasks, protect time to work on them, organize my ideas, and pick the right tools for each step, I'll keep the flywheel moving and build momentum!

The best part? You can use the flywheel to identify the needs for individual tasks, goals, projects, anything you need! Use it for the big goal of starting a YouTube channel, then shrink it down to understand what needs to be done for each video you create. Make sense?

Hi, my name is Matt 👋

I'm a father of three boys, a business owner, and for five years worked at fast growth startups. Before I practiced the simple path to productivity I had years of frustrating unproductive work weeks (and months, and years).

Sure I was getting things done and had a reputation of a being a "hard worker"... but I wasn't doing the important career-changing work or  the creative output I knew I was capable of.

What is the course structure?

Productivity Power-Up is a live cohort focused course. That means we have a limited members for better engagement and LIVE calls. We also have a community forum on Circle and you can view lessons and replays on Podia. 

What if I can't attend live?

Life happens! You’ll get the most out of the course and community by attending live, but replays, lessons, and assignments will be shared the same day as the live call so it’s easy to catch up. 

What is the refund policy?

If after the first call you decide the Power-Up isn’t a fit then I’ll refund your payment. But since this is a live cohort we can’t extend refunds past that time.

Do I get to keep access to the course and community?
